• 3 vehicle max on property (strictly enforced) • 8 people max on property at any time (strictly enforced) • No parties or gatherings (only guests on reservation allowed on property) • No Cigarettes, no Marijuana, no illegal activities or illegal drugs • No Pets • Quiet hours: 9pm – 8am. Respect neighbors and community. Our house is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors and community. Failure to abiding by house rules is grounds for REMOVAL without refund. If you keep to these guidelines, you'll have a great time!

We had the best time at Casey’s! The home had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and was sparkling clean. The layout made it easy for all of us to have time together and also have space for kids to go and play. The pool area was a dream and Casey had plenty of games and toys and pool floats for the kids. A pool is always easy to love but Casey also has an amazing garage hang out space that we spent a lot of time together in. We daily walked to the beach which was so close and convenient. All of the glass doors in the house gave so much beautiful light and the beds and linens were SO comortable!!! Truly the perfect place to stay and we will be back! On top of it all Casey was so easy to communicate with and so helpful. If you’re looking for the best beach oasis with a wonderful hostess look no further!

Plenty of space, great layout, and the pool area was perfect for the kids. It's a short drive to Vero Beach shops, hotels, and beaches where we spent our days but it was nice to come home to a private space tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Our family of 4 had the most incredible time here! We have 2 kids, ages 12 & 4. The house is in a quiet, private neighborhood. It’s not far from the 7/11 (1-2 miles), which has small things. DoorDash, Walmart, UberEats, Amazon all came quickly, which is impressive for the location being so close to the beach! The neighborhood is quiet, the private beach is only 50-100 yard walk away. We decided to go to a public beach, which was recommended by the host (and our traditional place we love to go each year), but we did go to the private beach to walk at sunrise and sunset multiple times. The pool was clean, the linens were clean, the house has things to cook, plenty of Tupperware, silverware, cups, plates etc. There is a game room in the garage with really cool games! Ping pong, golf, bikes, even a mini basketball game that works! There is a shower outside after you go to the beach. Host was AMAZING & super helpful! Beautiful home, unbeatable location, our best BNB stay EVER! 🙏

The house is spacious in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. House was clean and lots of towels for the house and ones for the pool/beach. Well stocked kitchen with everything and even a grill too! Kids had a blast in the game room, pool and playing the games provided. We had the private beach to ourselves our entire stay. It was great to having the option between the beach and pool some days we did both. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys available for use. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing off sand & beach items. I usually don’t comment on the beds or showers but the beds were so comfortable that I had some of the best sleep. AND the water pressure in the shower is divine! Casey was quick to reply to any questions and provided check-in and check-out information. We honestly plan on returning in the future because it was such a great family vacation.
