No Parties or Large Events In accordance with Airbnb’s community standards, all disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size. Guests who hold these types of events may have their account removed, and Hosts who violate this rule and allow guests to throw parties may be subject to account consequences up to and including the removal of their listing. *3* Car Maximum on the Property You may also park in the garage if you would like. Nest Thermostat Please don’t set thermostat below 73 degrees when in the house. When no one is home, the thermostat will enter ‘eco’ mode and stay at 79 degrees. Landscaping & Pool Maintenance Crew comes every Monday (barring any holidays that week) around 10:30am. Pool maintenance is done on Wednesdays. Trash & Recycling Please bag your trash and take it out to the grey bin in the garage. Collect recycling and put in the blue bin in the garage (with no bags). Pickup is Monday. Please take both grey and blue bins out on Sunday evening. Front Door Lock The front door is equipped with a keypad lock – your personal code is the last 4 digits of your phone number. The door also locks automatically after 10 minutes. Quiet Hours Out of respect for the neighbors and the community, quiet hours are 9pm – 8am. Checkout Check out is 10:00am. Checkout instructions will be provided the day before your scheduled departure. BBQ Grill and grilling utensils are located on the back patio to the right of the screen door. Before grilling, twist on propane tank and clean grill with wire brush. If propane tank is empty, let us know. There is an extra propane tank in the garage you can use. When done grilling, twist propane tank OFF. When grill has cooled down, replace cover back over grill. Beach Everything you need for the beach is in the garage. Chairs, umbrella, beach toys, shovels, etc. Please return anything you use to the same place you found it in the garage. NOTE: We do an inventory check after each guest, and if anything is missing or damaged, you will be charged for the item plus a $100 penalty fee. Please bring everything back. Our outdoor shower with hot and cold water is on the west side of the house. Rinse off all sand before going in the house or in the pool. Make sure water is shut off when you leave. Pool Rules Take a dip or just lounge poolside – both are lovely! No Running Walking only in the pool area. It can become very slippery when wet. There are many towel hooks on the patio for drying after use. Maintenance Pool cleaner comes every Wednesday (barring any holidays that week ) around 10am and is done within 20 minutes. Outdoor furniture cushions are located in the storage bin to the right of the screen door. Please put them back in the bin at the end of your stay. Please treat our home with care and respect.
